Hey, I'm Anh
/ahn tah/
I’m interested in the space where people, technology, and digital experiences meet, creating accessible experiences that make everyday interactions easier, smoother, and a little more enjoyable.

How I like to work
I don't think good design starts with a blank Figma file — it starts with a question. I want to know why something isn't working before I try to make it look better, which is probably the researcher in me. But I also like getting my hands into code, because understanding how something actually gets built changes how you design it in the first place.
Research
Understanding the real problem before touching a wireframe.
Design
Turning insights into flows and screens that feel obvious in hindsight.
Technology
Enough coding knowledge to know what's feasible — and build small things myself.
My Journey
-
01
Nissan Motor Corporation (NMAC)
Digital Customer Experience Intern
May 2026 - Aug 2026
A summer inside a huge enterprise portal — running usability tests, tracking down defects, and turning stakeholder feedback into design concepts. A crash course in designing for a system that already has thousands of real users.
- Designed digital concepts and layouts based on common customer inquiry themes
- Identified 11+ prototype/portal defects through usability testing
- Collaborated across teams to align designs with business and user needs

University of Texas at Arlington
UX Researcher & Designer
Jan 2026 - May 2026
Led the design of an interactive digital museum experience from research through prototype, using usability testing to cut navigation confusion by 75%. Proof that most "confusing" interfaces are really just missing feedback.
- Designed an interactive digital museum experience end-to-end
- Reduced navigation confusion by 75% through usability testing and iteration
- Introduced expandable content patterns that cut text-heavy complaints by ~70%

Lepal.ai
UX Research Intern
Aug 2024 - Nov 2024
My first real research role — interviewing users, digging through feedback, and learning how much a clearer label or a better-placed button can change how someone experiences a product.
- Ran user interviews and surveys to uncover navigation and labeling issues
- Synthesized findings into UX recommendations for the product team
